A growth leader and entrepreneur, Tim leads Fluent’s ecommerce solutions business, adflow, which enhances customer engagement and monetization for top retail brands. Previously, Tim was head of global strategy for the $1.4BN marketing firm, Affinion Group, where he also led product development, new channel distribution and its loyalty business, Connexions. Through a management buy-out, Tim acquired Affinion’s digital marketing business, Prospectiv Direct, which he successfully turned around and sold to a strategic acquirer two years later. In 2016, Tim launched his own subscription loyalty business, True North, which he sold to Fluent in 2022. Tim resides in Connecticut with his wife and four children and loves to travel, especially with his family. As the son of a diplomat, Tim grew up throughout Africa and Europe and still holds a keen interest in international relations. Tim graduated from Colgate University and received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
